Chrome Remote Desktop

Chrome Remote Desktop allows to access computers remotely through Chrome web browser.

Getting started with Chrome Remote Desktop:
Open chrome and login to the chrome on the computer that we want to remotely access.

Goto remotedesktop.google.com and click on remote access.



A file will be downloaded after that click on ACCEPT & INSTALL


Enter the name for the computer and then click NEXT.

Enter a pin for secure login. We will require while connecting to this computer remotely.

This computer will be added to the account and we can connect to it from anywhere.

Connecting to the computer from another computer chrome browser:
In another computer open chrome and login to the chrome and goto remotedesktop.google.com

Click on the device name and Enter the password.

We will be connected to the computer and the screen will appear in the chrome browser.

Remote Support:
To get support click on Remote Support and click on Generate Code and pass that code to those who want to give support.

On the other computer to give support enter the access code and click on Connect.

Who is getting the support must grant permission and then the screen will appear in the chrome browser.

Whenever we are connected, we will be notified by a pop up message. We can click on stop sharing to end the remote access connection.
